It’s been a lovely spring so far and very warm for this time of year here in Sussex England the location of this blog and radio show.

The weather has been so good that flowers have been popping up early, meaning hayfever sufferers becoming ill a bit sooner.  
Hayfever is what I wanted to talk to you about; I have been unable to do pretty much anything for the last couple of days until my doctor diagnosed me with Hayfever.  Now I thought Hayfever was something namby pamby work shy oiks got, how differently I look at them now.  So anyway, if you are a sufferer of the condition, send us a comment or email to tell me how you combat it.  Please help, I’m new to allergy’s, why should I develop it at 31? Any answers?
But there is good news for hayfever suffers on the Island we call Great Britain, forecasters are saying we will see 70mph winds and heavy rain over the coming days.  Let’s hope it will whip all the flowers heads up and we can have bare soil once again.
