A Californian from San Francisco's Noe Valley district describes a June 10, 2010, event where a series of silent lights formed a V-shape in the night sky that seemed to provide the witness with proof of extraterrestrial existence, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
